Disciplinary Guidelines
At RPS College Harnaut, it is essential for students to uphold the highest standards of conduct both within and outside the institution. Adherence to the disciplinary rules is mandatory, and any violations will be addressed by the Principal or Dean, whose decision will be final.
- Behavior and Discipline: Students are expected to maintain exemplary behavior at all times. Disruptions or misconduct in any form will not be tolerated, and appropriate actions will be taken.
- Correspondence Protocol: Students must refrain from using the college's address for personal correspondence. The institution will not be held liable for any loss of correspondence, regardless of its nature. When sending letters to the administration, students must include prepaid postage if a reply is expected.
- Time Management in the Campus: Students who do not have scheduled classes should refrain from loitering in the corridors. They are encouraged to utilize their free time productively in the library.
- Internet Usage: Uploading inappropriate or substandard content on the internet is strictly prohibited.
- Latecomers: Students who arrive late for class will not be allowed to enter the library or wander in the corridors. Punctuality is a key expectation.
- Moot Court Preparation: Students preparing for Moot Court sessions must prioritize attending their classes. They will be allowed to use the library only after their academic commitments have been fulfilled.
- Faculty Oversight: Faculty members are responsible for monitoring students' attendance, academic progress, and conduct, ensuring their overall well-being during their time at the institution.
- Classroom Etiquette: No student is allowed to enter or leave the classroom without the explicit permission of the lecturer. Respect for classroom protocols is expected at all times.
