Planning Committee

The Head of the Economics Department, Professor Virmani Pandey, has proposed that the ‘Planning Committee’ will be the main committee. Its purpose is to prepare strategies for the college’s strategic development and to monitor their implementation, in line with the college’s mission, vision, and long-term goals. The chairman of this committee will be Professor Upendra Kumar Sinha (In-charge, R.P.M. College, Harnaut, Nalanda). Additionally, the chairmen of all other committees will also be from R.P.M. College.

The IQAC Co-Ordinator Professor Anuj Kumar Sinha, Principal Professor Rajeev Kumar (Botany Department), and Professor Rajeev Kumar (Head Clerk) will be included. Professor Ravi Kumar and Professor Arun Kumar (Physics) will also be members. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar (BCA) will also be a member of this committee. Internal Complaint Committee​

OBC Cell (OBC Committee) ​​

Professor Saryug Prasad has proposed the creation of an OBC Cell (OBC Committee) to promote the educational, social, and economic empowerment of students from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) studying at the college. The committee will also work to effectively implement government schemes, scholarships, and facilities available to them, thereby creating a supportive environment within the college. Professor Brahmanand has approved this proposal.

Minority Committee​

Professor Muzaffar Hussain (Urdu) has proposed that a ‘Minority Committee’ should be formed to better empower and protect the interests of minority students (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, and Jains) studying at the college in academic, social, and economic aspects. This will foster a better environment of mutual goodwill, including in studies.

Cultural Committee​​

Professor Renu Kumari has proposed the need for a ‘Cultural Committee’ to promote the cultural, creative, and personality development of the college students. This committee will create an environment of cultural awareness, harmony, and communal goodwill within the institution.

Finance Committee​​

Professor Anupama Shukla, a lecturer at the college, has proposed the formation of a ‘Finance Committee’ to monitor the college’s financial activities, ensure the proper use of grants, and plan, approve, and fairly distribute the budget. Professor Shukla stated that this committee would ensure a transparent, effective, and rules-based use of resources. She also suggested that Professor Anish Yadav (Philosophy) would be a suitable convener for the committee’s efficient operation. The purpose is to familiarize students, teachers, and society with India’s traditional knowledge traditions, including philosophy, science, art, language, literature, yoga, medicine, and ethical values, and to integrate these into modern educations. This cell will organize research, teaching, and training programs related to the Indian knowledge system. This will awaken an interest among students and teachers in India’s glorious cultural and intellectual heritage.

Women’s Cell​​

Professor (Retired) Priyanka Mishra has proposed the formation of a ‘Women’s Cell’ to ensure women’s empowerment, equality, safety, and a dignified environment on the college campus.
