The Strategic / Prospective Plan of RPS College Harnaut reflects the institution’s commitment to academic excellence, quality enhancement, and sustainable development in alignment with NAAC guidelines and national educational reforms. The college envisions strengthening its role as a center of inclusive and value-based higher education, particularly for rural and economically disadvantaged students.

Academic Development

The institution aims to enhance the teaching-learning process through ICT-enabled classrooms, learner-centric pedagogy, regular academic audits, and feedback mechanisms. Implementation of NEP 2020, introduction of skill-based and value-added courses, and promotion of multidisciplinary learning are key priorities. Emphasis will be placed on outcome-based education and continuous internal quality assurance.

Research and Innovation

The college plans to motivate faculty members to undertake research projects, publish scholarly work, and participate in seminars and conferences. Students will be encouraged to engage in project-based learning and innovative academic activities.

Infrastructure and Digital Expansion

Modernization of library resources, strengthening laboratory facilities, and expansion of digital infrastructure are important goals. Development of a green campus through environmental initiatives such as tree plantation and waste management will also be pursued.

Student Support and Progression

Career counseling services, competitive examination guidance, soft skill training, and structured mentoring systems will be strengthened to enhance students’ employability, confidence, and overall personal growth.
